i sold mine after owning for about 7 months. at the long end, it distorts
heavily in the corners and has very weird bokeh, like all the other Sigma
lenses i have owned. also, at the long end, it is f6.3 and will not AF
unless you are in very bright light. it's not helped by being actually
closer to f8 wide open in terms of light hitting the sensor at the long end
either. i can point you to some sample shots on my web site if you want. it
is an inexpensive alternative to longer Pentax glass, but you make a lot of
compromises for it. if you are mostly interested in the long end, the FA*
400/5.6 is a much better lens.
