I see from the exposure data that you're enjoying your EF 300/4L IS. 1/60 sec with an 420mm lens (effective equivalent 672mm fl!) is just amazing, yet doable with that lens.
It's a wonderful lens, probably the best 300mm lens I ever used. I recently sold mine ... I just don't use that long a lens often enough to warrant keeping it for a spare system ... but it would certainly be one of the lenses I'd re-invest in if I were to go back to Canon equipment and needed a good, long tele.

Slight crop, 300mm F4 + 1.4x TC, ISO 200, F4 at 1/60, hand held.
The lighting conditions were odd, with full sun just above the tree line in
a cloudless sky and coming at me from the left which is why the bill looks
like it's glowing. Still, I think the exposure is pretty good.
