I think that would depend on how big the band was! If they were in the charts, and the pic was for a newspaper, I don't know any newspaper stills photographer (and I know a lot of them and they all shoot digital) that would shoot 600-1000 frames. More like 60-100. A magazine shoot, possibly. An advertising shoot, certainly.
