I am going to use a digital camera (*ist DS) that I hope to buy finally in the next 1-2 weeks, and I'll be using my lenses
from ZX-5n, and the flash AF-500FTZ to soften the light if necessary.
Igor, one thing that I can point out and probably never stress enough is that while on the beach took extreme care changing lenses. If you can, the best strategy is to get indoors, or inside your car in order to change lenses. Otherwise you will be surprised by the amount of dust you would have to clean in PhotoShop after your session. And then of course you would have to clean the sensor later on.
