I like the light in this one, you caught the colors and tones very nicely.


The composition leaves a bit wanting ... the two dogs in the distance are not sharp enough in this small derezzed version to really take my interest, printed larger it would be better.

ASA 200 film? It seems quite noisy/grainy, probably a hair underexposed. I'd have preferred a smoother rendering for this kind of picture. The grain lends a texture to the clouds which seems a little too artificial.

Very funny, and here the grain's texture adds nicely to the sense of depth afforded by the chosen depth of field. My only suggestion would be to work on the rendering of the forward hoof a little bit ... the left side blends a little too quickly into its shadow.
