A couple of years ago, the guy in charge of the product support system at work did a presentation to the rest of the engineering department. IIRC they'd just set up a new system and wanted to show us how it works.
Playing on the word "support", every single one of his slides had a bra picture as its background. The next day he was made to personally apologise to each of the women in the department...
