I like it.  The curving gunwales (is that what the top edge is
called?) make for a nice design.

My only problem is those pilings in the background.  I might prefer
that they were just a bit more OOF, to give a bit more separation
between them and the boat.  Not a big deal, though.

Love the bit of OOF sand/beach on the foreground - a really nice
compositional element, IMHO.

Still a very strong composition, IMHO.
