At that price, I prefer playing primes IMO.

Oh, and another thing. The angle-of-view and crop factor ratio "rules-of-thumb" break down a bit with the Zenitar because it's a fisheye. Although it's 16mm, the 35mm-equivalent is more like 20mm. On the 1.5 crop, it angle of view is a bit wider than 14mm, so the 16-45 is still no as wide, either. If you stand in the corner of a room, the Zenitar will get almost the whole thing.
