That portrait was taken about a year ago, when I first got the camera.
I was just looking over portraits I've done since, including some very
recent ones, and I think I must have intuitively noticed the problems
you've mentioned, because I started correcting the spacing in the frame
and distance from the background, without realizing it. Now I know
why, thanks!
