At first I was going to say "Nay" but then I re-evaluated it.  My nay was
based on what looked like washed out color of the bird.  Then I realized my
mistake (after seeing hundreds of these guys, so brightly colored around
here over the past few weeks).  This is a female which lacks the
"in-your-face-yellow" of the male.

So I give it a yea.  Nicely captured.
