Okay, my browser is showing this jpeg as highly artifacted, even though I
upgraded the quality of the file. Then I loaded it in Netscape instead and it
looks fine. It must be the cache. Anyway, phooey, I give up. It may take longer
to load because the medium compression level was artifacting too much, so I
upped it.

I keep trying to get our lovely California rolling foothills in shadow and
sunlight. But they too often have power lines, telephone lines, houses, roads,
etc. all over them.

This was taken several months back, when I took the bare tree silhouette I
showed that lots liked. These are great foothills near Pittsburg (by Concord).
Right over the ridge is a highway cutting through the hills (naturally).

Not quite what I wanted, but getting there. What I liked was the shadow of
the hill behind me was hitting the hill in front of me in just the right spot.

Anyway, another one I am unsure about. It's pretty simple and maybe not very
interesting. I suppose I could PS out the power lines at the top, but I am not
sure the photo is worth it.

Comments welcome.
