The question is - how many bad things for Pentax and us the Pentax users are on the other side of this coin... Personally, I'd rather Pentax would merge with Nikon... You see, Sony is giant, Pentax is a small speck compared to Sony. It means, at least to me, that within very short period of time Pentax would loose its identity... Sony is cool, but I'd rather be buying from Japanese Leica (a.k.a. Pentax) than Japanese Microsoft... Exclusively MHO, of course. -- Boris
