Hello David, The two to consider are the Kenko (Tokina) 1.5X AF and the Tamron 1.4X AF. Both are quite similar - I have used both at one time or another. I currently have the Kenko. It will work with any lens and does support full AF.
Kenko http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=63686&is=REG Tamron http://www.bhphotovideo.com/bnh/controller/home?O=productlist&A=details&Q=&sku=160579&is=REG I would have to go on price being at least a small indicator of quality, so I would give the nod to the Kenko.
