I remember seeing similar streaks so I went looking for them, I have put two 
samples below in which I have exaggerated the processing to highlight the 
problem. Interestingly the images in which I seemed to find problems were those 
shot where they had bright lights shining at the camera (pop band on stage). 
The problem manifests its self as randomly placed horizontal blue streaks 
however there were no such problems in adjacent frames that contained no 
exceptionally bright image elements.

I can only hypothesize regarding it's cause however since the problem seems to 
be row related I assume that an active row element on the array which is not 
intended to be light sensitive can be affected by light spill when the 
illumination is high enough and the ISO is set in a high range. I'll follow up 
with some experiments to confirm my suspicions.
