I like the shallow DOF just as it is. It's good. The tonality is a bit
darker for me, but it might just work in a print - it's hard to guess
over web pictures. I wouldn't bother with a title - I always thought
up titles for my photos, just to later find out how stupid they were
(the titles <g>). Good photo  speaks for itself without any poetic
title. Even worse, very poetic titles often hide boring photos
(including mine <g>). If you want a title, I think a simple
descriptive one is best. "Boat" ;-)

Overall, quite a nice photograph. I like the composition, with the
wooden planks below left, contrasting with the out of focus brighter
sea top right. It might be worth playing a bit with the tonality,
though.
