Great shot.

I agree with Shel that the young lady in green (who BTW, strongly
reminds me of a young Cindy Lauper) steals most of the attention, not
just because of the bright colours, but also that her expression is
more comfortable/less awkward than the other two.

I had a bit of a play with a B&W conversion. It helps to include the
other two in the shot, but I think I prefer this in colour. The light
and bright vibrant colour really work well.
