For me, it needs to be straightened - seems like the bus is going up a big hill. Convert it to B&W while you are at it (this coming from a color guy). Another weakness is that without the caption, it is quite hard to tell just what the context is.
In spite of that, it is a rather likable photo. It is hard to go wrong with kids.
