I finally got a Pentax 85mm lens. Received it Saturday and it's just gorgeous. Reviews on this lens tend to be mixed, but so far I like it - handling and all that. I shot a few rolls with the lens over the weekend and should have at least a couple of them processed within the next day or two. Stay tuned for more pointless photos (I promise not to post any more of my daughter).
The M85 is a bit of a dual personality lens. Wide open, it ain't the sharpest, but it's got a nice look for portraits. Stop it down a couple of stops and it tightens up nicely.
