IMO, above sentence is pure crap.
If continuous focus mode is available only when the action mode is selected,
it cannot be selected by the user in menu screen.
AFAIK, continuous AF is EITHER manually selectable in the menu screen by the
user (in P/A/S/M modes) OR it is automatically set when in Action Picture
mode.
