Nate and I did a B&H trip today. Under the rules of Mutually Assured Destruction (thanks, Cotty!) I picked up that Sigma 18-125mm. It is really small and light, and I wish I'd had it last week. Also, I'm flying tomorrow and I might have a chance to shoot some deer, so I got a small, packable Velbon tripod and a decent head to go on it. I topped that off with a battery grip for the D. This put me ahead of Nate in the M.A.D., so he got the Sigma lens as well. Ah, the joys of being married...
