I did just that - selected the marquee and the building and boosted the Hue/Sat a little - not much - and the pic seemed to improve a bit, at least to these aging eyes. By selecting the building, the reflection of the marquee lights on its wall is heightened a scosh, which adds a little more interest to the scene, imo.
