Download the 2.4 or 3.x ACR update. While the DS isn't on the list of cameras supported, it works just fine with 2.4 as far as Elements is concerned. (If you're using full Photoshop, I believe 2.4 is missing the camera-specific defaults for the DS, which is why the camera isn't on the supported list).
