Yes, there is, Kieth. But when I am in a hurry (photo excursiones or assignments) I may have over looked this "warning". It's like forgetting to tear off the end of a film, then risking to expose the same film twice :-) I use a Pentax *ist D. Brilliant camera BTW. I took 14000 photographs with it - in just 9 months.
