I really like the first one. All the lines and angles really work for me. 

I would suggest doing a little selective sharpening on the cross. I
looks as though the focus point is on the apex of the roof in the
back.

The shot of the bell tower, sorry to say, doesn't do anything for me.
I find the leaf on the left (say that 10 times really fast <g>) a bit
distracting. I'd recommend cloning it out. The verticals are on a bit
of a lean to the right also.

BTW both of these shots look a little flat on my monitor. I did a
quick levels tweak in Photoshop and they looked much better.
