I just recently upgraded to CS2, and the latest incarnation of the ACR
 converter is excellent. You don't even have to have Photoshop running
to do RAW adjustments, They can be done within Adobe Bridge (upgraded
standalone file browser program). Batch processing is much better too.

For those who haven't upgraded, and who shoot lot's of RAW images, CS2
is worth it.
