OMG He's seen the light :-)

Don't forget it's not just about exposure either, compensating for light fall 
off and CA is also best done during RAW conversion too. Also you will find that 
in images containing specular reflections the ability to fully control 
sharpening can reduce or even eliminate nasty high contrast edge aberrations 
and can also reduce the significance of purple/green blooms.

You can always save a poor RAW conversion profile for your "street snaps" :-)
