These lenses usually have the earlier 37mm thread mount. Someone once said that there are adapters for these lenses that will allow them to be used with later cameras with the 42mm thread. Anyone know where such adapters can be found?
Also, what's the chance of using one of these lenses with a 37mm -> 42mm adapter, and then using that setup in a 42mm -> K-mount adapter? Now, for the last question: Isn't it true that older manual focus lenses can be used with some sort of auto focus functions if the right adapters/camera bodies are used? If such is the case, it would sure be a hoot if one of these asahi-Kogaku lenses could be used in auto focus mode ... ha! Shel
