An M 4/200mm can be had quite cheaply. So can many a 135mm lens. I had a Vivitar 2.8 once. It was better than my A 2.8/135mm and cot me 40 USD. I must say that i believe a zoom is the best for this job, since the distance to the taget will vary a great deal. How close do you want to get?
