With the lens on the camera mechanism has to push the lever to close the
diaphragm on the lens, the extra effort makes it fails more often. It
looks like a matter of cleaning and lubbing. Perhaps this camera got wet
inside.

You'll need a lot of time and patience, don't start it if you don't have
this. It's probably best if you assume that it will take many hours over
several days or months. Download the repair manual from the web.

If you sell it on Ebay describe its condition accurately, I gess you'll
get around 25 Euros for the body, more if you sell it with the lens,
which lens does it have?

Whatever you do, never try to clean the focusing screen, don't ask me
how I know this.
