Nyah, just people who can't afford $600 or so. Which is sort of an outrageous price for software (sorry, but I think it is).Elements 3 has a lot of PS CS in it. And it's way cheaper. Although now that they've changed the RAW conversion to a "bridge" in CS 2, it would be nice to see an Elements 4.
