Well obviously you've changed your view, you have no backbone...
of photography is for me these days. What it is called is not
important to
me. I use a camera to capture an image, use Photoshop to prepare it for
printing. What is important TO ME is the end result.
The "discussions" we have had (and continue to have) on this subject
brings
back a nostalgic chuckle. I remember in the 70's getting in many
discussions
on what was "real" photography. I held the position that only existing
light
B&W photography was real. Obviously, over the years my view has changed.
Today, I make prints that I like.
I do, however, agree that you should try to optimize the image in the
camera and that Photoshop should not be an excuse for being lazy or
using poor technique.
