Firefox is quite good so far. It's advantages has been explained by
others.

One thing to know though, that while you can use extensions to provide
more functionality and some unique features, these extensions are
written by people outside the firefox/mozilla team, and a lot of them
are sloppy and untested in combination. I have had several times my
firefox profile broken by misbehaving extensions which ran amok with
each other (meaning, for example, menu items for them disappeared
after updating just one, or other glitches). That is inevitable
because there is no testing and reviewing of the extensions...

So it's better to just install less extensions, test them for proper
behaviour together.

Some of the extensions are truly unique and can be very helpful.

I use 99% time just Firefox.
