I shall take a proper look at your adjusted version when I get home
tonight, but you've certainly done a better job than I did as far as
getting detail in the sky is concerned.
The composition is not very good, either, imo. There's no need for the
light pole on the left. Tighter framing on Steve's part or cropping would
get rid of that unnecessary element.
I see that you also chose to get rid of the floating bottle in the
canal, presumably for the same reason - I was wondering if anyone would
comment on that. :-)
I can't comment on the 28/200 ... never even saw one much less used one.
However, I don't think the lens choice was the big factor here.
Nor I. Many thanks for taking the trouble to have a play with the photo
and suggest improvements.
