It's a real lens with lots of metal and glass and nice rubber grip and hardly any plastic (if actually any at all) and is apparently a stellar performer. I was considering it as a candidate for converting for use on Canon. Still am. >That's double the going rate for the FA used, way more than the D-FA new! Doesn't that tell you something about the lens? And doesn't that also tell you something about the FA and the D-FA ?
