defects per unit area are about the same for any given component density.
the higher the density, the higher the defect rate smaller features are more
likely to be defective. anyway, PhaseOne maps away their errors with
firmware. Pentax may not do as much mapping. i'd be worried only if turning
on Noise Reduction still leaves me with noticeable repairs.

Or is the number lower because the chip is also of smaller dimension?
