They're located not too far from me, and I once took a drive up to their place rather than get some items shipped. Their location at the time was in a small building in a far corner of a small, local airport ... really out in the middle of nowhere. Upon entering the place I was pleasantly greeted, got great service and attention (they usually don't do on site sales), and a tour of the place. While very organized it nevertheless looked like someone's big basement filled with stuff accumulated over decades. Great place!
