Tanya's trouble was with a Sears or Ricoh "P" lens that tv had to cut off of her *ist D.
The M42-K adapters work well but only buy Pentax made adapters. All the other ones are too fiddly to remove. They won't get stuck, but they can make you sweat trying to get them off...
