Certainly in retrospect, a wider lens a bit closer might have rendered a bit more DOF and put even more emphasis on the dried mud, but alas, I didn't do that. A small portion was me not wanting to walk on and destroy all the cool patterns, so the distance to the water was a bit far. On top of that, I don't have an A 15/3.5 :( - would have to use the DA 16-45 probably. Looks like I took 5 shots of the mud chips - each a bit different.
