Essentially, there's no right or wrong way to expose for a sunset. Sunsets can be interpreted many different ways. Best advice is to bracket and choose the one(s) you like best.
That said, I'd agree with Bruce that this one's a bit over exposed. Still, it's a nice, tranquil photo, but more detail in the water would have helped this particular shot, imo.
