It doesn't matter. They're on the focusing screen, either above or
below the mirror box. just an annoyance to see, nothing important.
To clean the focusing screen, you have to remove it and then dust it
off with a puff of air. VERY carefully. Do not touch the screen's
surfaces except for the little tab at the leading edge, do not wipe
it with a cloth or lens tissue.
I recommend leaving it alone.
