I have a chance to pick one up for about $200.00.  It seems to be in good condition.  
I was hoping to have some insight on how it works.  It looks like a PZ-1 but with a 
top plate and bottom plate that is silver.

If I remember correctly Pentax introduce the Z5 for the Japanese market only.  Which 
could be the reason that you can't find an English manual for the camera for the 
camera.
