That's simply because you cannot man every display connected to every
CCTV camera 24/7. I do agree that in some places, such as major train
stations, it would be a good idea to consider.
What are you talking about? So they were tracked. So they were seen
perhaps in one or all stages of their journey. Were they carrying the
bombs in plain view? How would anyone know what they had in their bags?
Policing is not the solution. Education is.
