Hi Bob I do not think that this is nonsense since I tried last year to take some photos at a swimming pool and promptly had to stop and explain myself to the attendant. " We know what can be done with those zooms" he said. Please leave now. He was still quite a pleasant person and I think he did believe me after some talk about my motivation that I'm just an amateur looking for some nice subjects.
Nowadays I indeed do not feel very comfortable taking children shots without permission and you can not always ask the parents in advance if you want to take candid and/or natural looking photos. Mothers mostly start to tell their children what to do in front of a camera and then I'm not interested anymore... greetings Markus >>-----Original Message----- >>From: Bob W [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >>Sent: Thursday, July 14, 2005 8:47 PM >>To: [email protected] >>Subject: RE: PESO - Purple swim cap >> >> >>Nonsense! >> >>-- >>Cheers, >> Bob >> >>> -----Original Message----- >>> From: Cornelius Nuzzlemuff III [mailto:[EMAIL PROTECTED] >>> Sent: 14 July 2005 19:12 >>> To: Pentax Discuss >>> Subject: Re: PESO - Purple swim cap >>> >>> Sadly, in the UK you can no longer shoot this kind of thing. >>> Taking photographs with children in them at all is risky.
