Hi Godfrey and Paul

thanks for your comments.
I love this Tamron 17mm lens already and will use it a lot in the mountains
and for advertising shots of Zurich and its surroundings in the near future.

I have it from a bundle sale at an auction together with an A-1 and AE-1
canon body, a 50mm and 75-200mm canon fd lens
and a braun sca flash. I have already sold the AE-1 body with the 50mm again
and at the end will have this Tamron lens
and the Canon A-1 body for free at the end!

I'm really happy today since I got the first prints and the first comments
of friends of the scans I sent them
of the big wheel and Zurich.

The "puzzle" Zurich postcard mentioned in my last email "digital postcards"
is also made with the 17mm Tamron lens

greetings
Markus
