I've got a woman, but I'm not aware of any little black rubber bands
around the place. I'll check again, but if I still don't find any, is
it some particular kind of woman you have to have?

I'll see your tip and raise you one:
Get a little black rubber band to place around the eye-cup at the
base. If you have women at your place, chances are there's a stash
of these bands, just the right size, in your bathroom.
If you don't have women about, go to the camera clinic at GFM and
get one from Mark Roberts.
You COULD just go to he store and get a box of them for like thirty
cents but GFM is well worth the extra expense.

Subject: Tip for ist D eye cup
Dear All,
Recently lost my eye cup for the ist D. In my desperation I tried
the eye cup from my MZ - 5n and to my surprise I found it fitted,
even better much tighter fit than the original ist D one.
