Silly, you don't put the wall in the tank, you use brushes (or brooms,
depending on the wall size) to "paint" the developer on when you're done exposing.
A fellow who used to work for Ilford UK a while back was in the store
entertaining us with tales of printing the giant photographic mural for
the background of the BBC news, with their 8x10 enlarger up in the
rafters and the sheet of paper on the floor, and developing it with
pushbrooms dipped in developer.
