But you cant see the old listings so its
hard to tell what the negs are about
or what the sellers claims were on old
negs. There is no way to see if it was
a $2 item or a $2K item,
That's what just cant be done, pain
or not. And it matters (to me). I think
ebay should "save" and show all listings
even old ones where there was any negative
FB left but they don't do that. They should
also sort FB by type (pos, neu, neg, as well as buyer left, seller left)
but they don't!

It is a pain, but it can be done.
I always look not only a sellers negs, but at the
feedback of the buyer who left them.
For instance it took me about 10 minutes to check out
JCO before I considered purchasing from him. ;-)
Nothing to worry about, mostly losers and newbies.

On new sellers without much of a feedback I always
do an "Ask seller a question" and see that the
response is prompt, couteous and helpful.
Hasn't failed me yet.
