Anyone,
Something I've never run into before.
When attempting to resize an image, the only key
strokes that take, on the "Image size" panel, are
those by use of the "Backspace" key.
I can't change either the 'pixels' or 'inches'. All I
can do is take out. I can't replace.
'Re-sample', 'constraint' off or on, jpg, tif, doesn't
matter.
Is there some sort of system lock that disallows image
re-sizing if activated?
