I didn't mention that I drilled new holes to fit my gear :) The
holes are threaded so I could put the screws straight in. The screws
just act as pins that fit into the corresponding holes - M4 was the
size I used and they fit very well.
I had to do two separate plates because the hole on the 6x7 is in a
different place to that on the 300mm and 400mm lenses. I have a
third, undrilled plate for 35mm bodies.
