Frankly having owned P645, P67 and Mamiya 7 lenses I really don't think the 
Pentax lenses will be up to it. A new Canon L glass or a Pentax LTD on a 
suitably spec'd full frame 35mm body will probably offer far better 
pixels/dollar performance. So that means that really the notion of being able 
to get superior performance using existing 645 lenses is probably misleading.

The only real advantage that I can envisage for medium format sized sensors is 
the potentially lower noise and wider latitude and if the lenses are up to the 
job higher resolution (but the trade off would be reverting to current 35mm/APS 
performance WRT noise/latitude due to the increased pixel density).

These are just my opinions of course. :-)
